The neglected 1927 bungalow needed a new lease of life via our boutique building services. Working with the restrictions of a Heritage Overlay, we achieved a stunning result without the need for VCAT. The entire design both internal and external was performed in-house resulting in great time and money savings. Extensive use of steel windows pay homage to the Art Deco style of this Estate.
Designed by Paul Delaney Architects, this modern addition to a classic Tudor home produced stunning results with floor to ceiling windows and doors and clever use of veneer and cantilevers for a contemporary renovation and restoration.
