A repeat client entrusting us to build a family home.  This Carr designed home presented a challenge to achieve the exacting details demanded by the comprehensive design and specifications.  We worked directly with the clients and met all of their requirements without the need for third party contracted administration, saving the clients thousands.  All work from the pool, home build and landscaping was carried out by Baroque Developments.
