The neglected 1927 bungalow needed a new lease of life.  Working with the restrictions of a Heritage Overlay, we achieved a stunning result without the need for VCAT.  The entire design both internal and external was performed in-house resulting in great time and money savings.  Extensive use of steel windows pay homage to the Art Deco style of this Estate.
